• This workshop is designed for parents who bike and want to bike with their children ages 9 months to 10 years.

  You love to bike, and want to ride with your child(ren) too! In this workshop you will address the following questions based on medically reviewed facts about biking while with baby/and or toddler, as well as tips and tricks to keep you and your little ones safe.

  -Do you need to stop biking?
  -When can you begin biking with your baby or toddler?
  -Is it safe?
  -What kind of childseat should you get?
  -Is your bike baby- or toddler-ready?

  Please Note:

  -Babies and toddlers are welcome in class.
  -Each adult attending needs to register separately.
