This lactation tea can be enjoyed iced or hot. However, we recommend drinking the tea hot. Whether iced or hot, hydration is important for a breastfeeding and pumping mother.Drink 1-3 cups a day for the duration of nursing to support milk supply. Tea leaves/brew bags can be used for up to 3 cups.
